At Debenhams we believe in a good cause,
doing our best to raise money and awareness.

With so many worthwhile causes, we listened to our staff and customers in selecting an assortment of charities we could support day-to-day, charities you felt we could help.

Read on to discover the charities you helped us to choose, how you can make a donation and how we can support them together.

We are proud to support Breast Cancer Now, the UK's largest breast cancer charity. They are dedicated to funding research into the devastating disease, which over 50,000 women are diagnosed with every year.

We have been working with and supporting breast cancer charities since 2001 - including the former Breast Cancer Campaign and Breakthrough Breast Cancer, which merged in June 2015 to form Breast Cancer Now. Breast Cancer Now believes that if we all act now, by 2050, no one will die from breast cancer.

By officially supporting BBC Children in Need, Debenhams aims to help children and young people who are disadvantaged. The BBC charity supports both small and large organisations, seeking to improve the lives of children.

To date, campaigns to raise awareness have ranged from involvement in a Celebrity Style Challenge for the BBC's Children in Need November appeal, as well as multiple fundraising events in store.

One of the nation's most well-known charities, Debenhams feel sharing BBC Children in Need's enthusiasm makes a difference.

Help for Heroes (H4H) supports veterans and serving personnel who have been wounded or injured, or have become sick, as a result of serving their country. Additionally their families and dependents receive support from the Charity as they care for their loved one, and adapt to the new challenges that they face. The primary focus is on those affected by recent and current conflicts due to the urgency and extent of their needs.

Anyone is welcome to apply for support and will be considered on a case by case basis and referred to H4Hs charity partners where appropriate.

H4H is a tri-service military charity, providing support to full time, reservist Servicemen and women and veterans from the Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force.

Debenhams is proud to support H4H and the incredible work it does for our armed forces.

Through support of the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer campaign each spring, Debenhams seeks to raise vital money for Breast Cancer Now.

One of the most powerful forces in the fashion world, Fashion Targets Breast Cancer unites the high street's biggest brands and some of fashion's leading names in the fight against breast cancer. Created by designer Ralph Lauren in 1996, this year the campaign is celebrating 20 years of supporting breast cancer research.

Since launching with the distinctive target t-shirts, Fashion Targets Breast Cancer has developed an unmistakable identity and voice - a declaration of the power of fashion, charity and womanhood. Over the last two decades, the iconic campaign has been championed by some of the biggest names in fashion, including Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Mario Testino and David Bailey.

More women are surviving breast cancer than ever before. But the battle's not over until everybody lives.

With 30% of sales donated from a collection of accessories, swimwear and womenswear products, you can pledge to 'Wear Your Support' by buying items from the Debenhams Fashion Targets Breast Cancer range.
