Reynold Pearce and Andrew Fionda formed an instant friendship from their first meeting. This lead to the development of their internationally recognised brand; Pearce Fionda.
The pair met at Nottingham Trent University in 1985, where they were both embarking on degrees in fashion. After graduating, Reynold began working with John Galliano before completing a master's degree at the prestigious Central St. Martins and Andrew undertook an MA at the Royal College of Art.
Style is about...something you are born with, can't be purchased, and shouldn't be copied!
My personal style is...I wish I knew, yesterday I looked like a geeky teacher, today classic and tomorrow... who knows?
Pearce II Fionda's latest collection is...full of drama, and sophistication; slinky gowns, and beautiful statement cocktail dresses to see you through the season and beyond.
I'm inspired by...the golden age of glamour, the twenties, thirties and the constant desire to make women look as beautiful as possible without compromising their individuality and comfort.
A woman looks great when...she's wearing Pearce Fionda of course!. And when she looks like she hasn't tried too hard and is wearing the gown, rather than the gown wearing her!
A man should always...go shopping with his partner and make the effort to look great himself.
My most treasured possession is...my dogs, Parker and Holly - chocolate Labradors, and the cutest things on the planet.
If I weren't working in fashion...I'd be working in interiors, my second biggest passion. I love doing up homes and putting my stamp on them.
My top tip is...always be a little bit brave when choosing a dress and the rewards will pay off.
- Always be a little bit brave when choosing a dress.
- If you normally wear black, go for colour, if you normally go short, try long.
- The back is as important as the front of the dress.
