I want to get a card
There is no credit check required and you don't even need a bank account! Just hit the Apply Now button and complete the simple online application. You can pay for your card in the following ways:
- A credit or debit card - Order online now
- A 360money e-voucher from your local PayPoint outlet
- A 'Starter Pack' purchased in Debenhams stores
Your Debenhams Prepaid MasterCard® will be delivered to you in the post within 15 days
I want to activate my card & obtain my PIN
Once you receive your Debenhams Prepaid MasterCard®, activate it by calling the 24 hour activation line on 0845 4700 145. You'll need to have the Activation Code from your welcome letter to complete your activation.
When you activate your card you will also be given your 4 digit PIN (Person Identification Number). You will need your PIN when shopping on the high street as with all Chip and PIN cards.
If you want to change your PIN number you simply need to go to an ATM, select the Change PIN option and follow the instructions. NOTE: Some ATMs may not offer this service.
I want to use my card
Once your card is activated and topped up you can use it to shop or pay bills over the Internet, on the high street or anywhere around the world wherever MasterCard® cards are accepted.
You can also use your card to withdraw cash at any ATM* displaying the MasterCard® acceptance mark.
