- When will I receive confirmation that my order has been successful?
Upon placing your order you will receive an email within 15 minutes, although during busy periods this can take longer.
Please save or print your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Throughout the order process you will continue to receive regular email updates.

Yes, we will send you an email when your order has been despatched.
- I never received a confirmation email, what should I do?
Step 1. Please check your junk mail folder. Depending on your anti-spam settings, your mailbox may be identifying your confirmation emails as spam.
Step 2. We recommend checking my account details to confirm which email address your order was placed with. If your account’s order history is empty you may have used a different account at the time of purchase, or you may have checked out as a guest user with a different email address.
Step 3. If you are having difficulty remembering which email address you may have used, or if you still have not received a confirmation email within the first 24 hours of your purchase, please contact our customer service team.
