My Account
How do I log in to my online Beauty Club account?

You can log in to your online Beauty Club account here. Your log in details are the same as your Debenhams.com account. To view your points and reward balance on your Beauty Club card you will need to link your Beauty Club card to your Debenhams.com account.

Do I have to have a Debenhams.com account to access my beauty club account?

Yes, your Debenhams.com and Beauty Card account are linked making it easier for you to collect points and shop online. If you do not have a Debenhams.com account but you have a beauty card you will be prompted to create a Debenhams account when you first register your card online.

I don’t remember the DOB I provided you when I first registered, what can I do?

Please contact our customer services team who will be able to assist with your enquiry.

The points ID on my card isn't being accepted when I try to register it, what can I do?

Make sure you are entering the correct 'Points ID starting with 63383' not the ‘Reward ID starting with 6335586’. If the number is still not being accepted then please contact our customer services team who will be able to assist with your enquiry.



I want to remove the beauty club card from my account, how do I do this?

You can remove your Beauty Club card by following these easy steps:

  1. Log into your Beauty Club account and select 'Manage account' located on the top right hand side of your Beauty Club account.
  2. Click the ‘Remove card from account' link.



  3. Select remove my card



  4. Your card will be removed from your account straight away, you can add a new Beauty Card at any point by clicking 'link your card'.



How do I check my Beauty Club account balance?

Online
Login to your Beauty Club account to view your balance. Once logged in, you will be presented with the following:

  • Available to spend: this will show the amount of reward £'s you currently have available to spend. This amount will include any previous rewards that you have not spent. If you see that you have enough 'points' for another reward but it is not in your 'available to spend' amount, please remember that points are only converted to Rewards once a month Please see When will I be able to spend my points?).
  • Points: this will show the total number of points you have earned.
  • Due to expire within 30 days: Reward £'s expire 6 months after you receive them. You will be notified a month before they run out to remind you to spend them.
My points balance isn’t up to date online, why is this?

Online orders:
Your points will show on your balance after your beauty/fragrance order has been despatched.
In store purchases:
Your points will show on your balance the day after your beauty/fragrance purchase.
Bonus points:
Promotional bonus points earned both online and in-store will be added to your balance within 2 days of your qualifying purchase.

Can I link two beauty club cards to my Debenhams.com account?

Unfortunately you can only link one Beauty Club card to your Debenhams.com account, if you want to change the card you have linked please click here to find out how. In line with the Beauty Club Terms and Conditions cards are limited to one active card per member.



Beauty Club Balance (Points and £ Rewards)
What are points and £ rewards?

You earn 3 points for every £1 you spend on Beauty, Fragrance, Beauty Services or Beauty Electricals in store and online. For every 500 points you collect, you receive a £5 reward. Points are converted to rewards once a month. Your £ rewards can be redeemed on Beauty, Fragrance, Beauty Services or Beauty Electricals in store and online.

Points are collected in store and online, and rewards can be spent in store and online once your points have been converted.

How much would I have to spend to get 500 points / £5 reward?

You would have to spend £166 to gain a £5 reward. Don't forget you can earn extra points during our bonus point events, so make sure you keep updated via our weekly beauty emails.

When will I be able to spend my points?

Your points convert once a month into £ rewards, and for every 500 points you collect, you will receive a £5 reward. A total of 1500 points can be converted per month. Any points collected over 1500 will be carried over to the next month.

Can I earn points online and how?

You can earn points online when purchasing Beauty, Fragrance or Beauty Electricals. To earn points, simply link your Beauty Card to your Debenhams account or add your Beauty Club Card at shopping bag stage or checkout to receive points.
You can enter your points ID on either of the below two screens.

Will my points expire?

Points expire 12 months after they have been collected if you do not use your card. After 12 months they will expire and any points will be removed from the card. You will receive an email 1 month prior to expiry to remind you to spend using your card, otherwise you will lose the points.

How do I pay with my Beauty Club card?

You can use your rewards as part payment or full payment and you can redeem rewards even if the product is under £5. If your total purchase value is above your £ reward total you can pay for the additional amount with another payment method.
In store:
Simply present your Beauty Club card at the till in any Debenhams store. The sales advisor will then apply your £ reward's to the purchase. You can use your rewards as part of full payment, whichever you prefer.
Online:
Link your Beauty Card to your Debenhams account and then the rewards ID will automatically be added at the checkout, or you can manually add your Rewards ID at the payment page to spend your rewards. In addition to your rewards ID you will need to enter your PIN on the payment page to verify your Beauty Club card.


Will my rewards expire?

Once you have collected enough points to turn them into reward £'s, you have 6 months to use them. After 6 months they will expire and the reward £'s will be removed from your card. You will receive an email 1 month prior to expiry to remind you to use them.

What do I do if my points balance is incorrect?

What do I do if I haven’t received my bonus points?

Bonus Points will normally appear on your account balance within 2 days of your qualifying purchase. If it has been longer than that since your qualifying purchase, please contact our customer services team.

I forgot to use my Beauty Club Card, can I add points on later?

Online:
If you made an online purchase, you need to take your despatch note, along with your Beauty Club card into a Debenhams store within two months of delivery and they will add the points to your card.
In store:
If you purchased in a store, you need to take your till receipt, along with your Beauty Club card into a Debenhams store within two months of purchase and they will add the points on to your card.

When will new points show on my balance?

Online:
Your points will show on your balance after your order has been despatched.
In store purchases:
Your points will show on your balance the day after your purchase.
Bonus points:
Promotional bonus points earned both online and in store will be added to your balance within 2 days of your qualifying purchase.

What will happen to my points if I return a beauty/fragrance purchase?

If you have returned a beauty/fragrance item; the relevant points will be removed from your Beauty Club card under the terms and conditions of the offer.

How do I know how many points and rewards I've got?

In store
When you make a purchase in-store your till receipt will show how many points you have collected on that transaction. Your sales advisor will also be able to check how many existing £ rewards you have earned.
Online
You can check your points / reward balance online at any time. To do this simply log in to your Beauty Club account
Monthly Email Statement
Towards the end of each month you will receive a monthly statement email which will detail how many points and £ rewards you have gained or used.

When will I receive my statement?

You will receive a Beauty Club statement email towards the end of each month detailing your total points and rewards balance. The date of this send will vary slightly each month.

Can I transfer my balance to another card?

Yes, if you have a new Beauty card you can log into your account and transfer the balance to the new card.
You will need to pick up a new card in store (and leave it un-registered) and then you can transfer the balance from your old card onto the new card you’ve picked up in store.

  1. Log into your Beauty Club account, Please see how do I log into my account? and select 'Manage account' located on the top right hand side of your Beauty Club account.
  2. Click the 'Report lost, stolen or damaged' link.



  3. If you have picked up a new Beauty Club card in store you can transfer your balance over by selecting 'Cancel my card and transfer balance to a new card'. Once selected, type in the points ID from your new Beauty Club card, Please see 'Where can I find my points ID?' You will need to ensure your new Beauty Club card is not registered in order to transfer the balance over.



  4. Your card will be removed from your account straight away, you can add a new Beauty Card at any point by clicking 'link your card'.

How do I check my transaction / point's history?

You can check your transaction/ point's history via your online account.

  1. Log into your Beauty Club account and open the manage account menu.
  2. Select Transaction history
  3. You will be taken to a page that looks like the below where you can clearly see your transaction and points history.



When do rewards expire and how do I check this?

£ Reward expire 6 months after they have been received. You will receive an email 1 month prior to expiry to remind you to use them before you lose them.
You can also check the expiry date via your online account the date will be clearly shown on your dashboard under the amount available to spend.


You can also get a more detailed breakdown by viewing 'My balance expiry dates'.

  1. Open the manage account menu.
  2. Select Transaction history'



  3. You will be taken to a page showing 'My transaction history' and 'My balance expiry dates'. Simply select 'My balance expiry dates' to easily see the breakdown of your expiry dates.



Why can I only see expiry dates for some of my reward balances?

If you were issued a reward through our customer service centre, we won't have put an expiry date on it. If you earned a monthly reward, it will have a 6 month expiry date on it. For eg. If you have a £20 balance but can only see expiry dates for £15, then the £5 was probably issued from our customer service, and has no expiry date.

What happens to my points and rewards if my Beauty club card has expired?

Points and Rewards are lost if an account is closed.

Where can I find my points ID?

Your points ID is located on the back of your Beauty Club card, it's the ID starting with 63383
Please be aware that the position may be different if you have an older design of the card.


Where can I find my rewards ID?

Your reward ID is located on the back of your Beauty Club reward card, it's the ID starting with 633586
Please be aware that the position may be different if you have an older design of the card.


Where can I find my PIN?

On all physical beauty club cards, your PIN can be found on the reverse of your card underneath the foil strip at the top right hand side.

Applying for a Beauty Club card online
When will my physical card be delivered?

You will receive your physical card within 30 days of creating your Beauty Club account.

Can I accumulate points and spend rewards in stores before my physical Beauty Club card is sent to me?

Yes. Simply show your points ID at the till point and your points will be added to your account. You can find your points ID when you log onto your Beauty Club online account.

I applied for a beauty club card online or I have the Beauty Club app - how do I locate my PIN?

If you cannot access your PIN number please email beautyclub@debenhams.com with your Reward ID number. Your PIN number will then be emailed to you.
Your PIN will also be available on your monthly email statement

I can't download the beauty app, what can I do?

The Debenhams Beauty app is no longer available on the app store.

What is the Beauty Club?

The Beauty Club is loyalty programme which allows customers to collect points and rewards on Beauty, Fragrance, Beauty services or Beauty Electricals both in store and online. Plus Beauty Club members get access to these exciting benefits:

  • Free standard delivery on Beauty orders
  • Free samples
  • Free makeovers & consultations
  • Birthday treats, including a Benefit brow wax

What do I do if my Beauty Club card is lost or stolen?

If you have lost your card or had it stolen you can log into your account and block the card protecting your balance and rewards. You will need to pick up a new card in store (and leave it un-registered) and then you can transfer the balance from your old card onto the new card you picked up in store.

  1. Log into your Beauty Club account, Please see How do I log in to my online Beauty Club account? and select 'Manage account' located on the top right hand side of your Beauty Club account.
  2. Click the 'Report lost, stolen or damaged' link.



  3. If you have picked up a new Beauty Club card in store you can transfer your balance over by selecting 'Cancel my card and transfer balance to a new card'. Once selected, type in the points ID from your new Beauty Club card, Please see 'Where can I find my points ID?'   4. If you do not have a new Beauty Club card yet you can block your card so no one else can use it and transfer your points/rewards balance at a later date. To do this, select ‘Block my card from use and transfer balance later’



How many points is £1 worth?

You get 3 points for every £1 you spend on Beauty, Fragrance or Beauty Electricals in-store and online.

How do I activate/register my card?

In order to become a full member of the Beauty Club and turn your points into pounds you need to register your card. You can collect points without registering but you will not be able to redeem them if your card is not registered.
You can register your card in the following ways:

  1. Online Registration
  2. At any beauty or fragrance counter when you pick up a beauty club card. Simply ask the member of staff to register your card for you.

Please note: that you will need a valid email address in order to register your card.

How do I receive Beauty emails?

You can update your marketing preferences in the 'My account' section of your Debenhams account.

I want to remove the beauty club card from my account, how do I do this?

Removing your card from your Debenhams account will mean you can no longer view your collected points, balance or manage your card online.
You can remove your Beauty Club card by following these easy steps:

  1. Log into your Beauty Club account and open up ‘Manage account’ located on the top right hand side of your Beauty Club account.
  2. Click the 'Remove card from account' link.

  4. Your card will be removed from your account straight away, you can add a new Beauty Card at any point.



I want to close my beauty club card account, how do I do this?

We are sorry that you wish to close your account, to do so please contact our customer services team who will be able to assist with your enquiry.

Under what circumstances would my account be closed?

We may immediately suspend and/or close any member's account for the following reasons:

  • You have requested that your account be closed
  • We reasonably believe that our rules have been breached
  • There is any theft or misconduct in connection with us
  • The member supplies false or misleading information to us
  • The member is abusive or offensive to any member of our staff
  • The Debenhams Reward Club programme has ended

If you have received a card expiry email and you'd like to remain a Beauty Club member, you simply need to earn points or redeem rewards with your Beauty Club reward card before the date stated in the expiry email.

My card has expired, how do I reactivate it?

Beauty club cards expire if the card has not been used for 24 months. Once a card has expired all points and rewards will be removed from the card. If your card has expired, you will then be required to pick up a new Beauty Club card and register it to become a member.

I have the old design of the beauty club card; do I need to get the new card design?

No, your existing Beauty Club card is still active and you can continue to use your card in the normal way. If you would like the new Beauty Club reward card design you will need to follow the lost and stolen process

How do I get free online delivery?

You will find a free delivery code in your monthly statement. Please refer to When will I receive my statement? This code is yours to claim free delivery on Beauty & Fragrance. To qualify, please follow these steps:

Simply enter your code into the promotional box at either shopping bag or at payment stage. This can be entered in either of the below screens.




How do I get free click & collect?

You will find a free delivery code in your monthly statement. Please refer to When will I receive my statement? This code is yours to claim free click and collect on Beauty & Fragrance.

How do I get free makeovers and consultations?

Beauty Club members can receive free miniature makeovers in any Debenhams store by showing their Beauty Club Card. If you show your card at these counters you can get quick touch ups or an eye/lip makeover. All makeovers in-store are subject to availability, and you may need to book an appointment.

How do I get free samples?

Visit your local store and show your Beauty Club card to a staff member as well as mention one of your favourite beauty brands. The Beauty or Fragrance staff member will be able to share with you samples of their latest and most popular products.
Please note that samples are subject to availability and are not available for every product.

How do bonus points work?

Throughout the year we run bonus points events where you can collect additional points with your beauty and fragrance purchase. These points will appear on your account balance within 2 days of your qualifying purchase.
Beauty Club Card bonus points promotions are limited to one set of Bonus Points per customer per day. If more than one set of Bonus Points are added in a day, these Bonus Points will be deducted from Beauty Club Accounts prior to monthly conversions.

How do I claim my free eye brow wax for my birthday treat with Benefit?

Come and celebrate your special day with Debenhams Beauty Club & Benefit! Receive a FREE Brow Wax worth £14.50 on your Birthday! All you have to do is bring your Debenhams Beauty Club Card plus proof of your date of birth along to your nearest participating counter. The following terms apply:
