- When will I receive my exchange?
All in-store exchanges are processed immediately when you visit the till.
All exchanges are sent once an exchange has been confirmed and will be sent on a timescale agreed with our customer service team.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders.
- How do I exchange an item?
Exchanges can be processed immediately at any till in your local Debenhams store, for products bought in store or online.
If you would like an exchange but you are unable to visit your local store, please contact our customer service team.
Once an exchange has been agreed you will need to follow the normal returns process to return the original item.
- Can I exchange my order for a different size or colour?
If the product is available in your local store in the alternative size or colour you would like, we will be happy to complete an exchange at any till location within that store.
If there is no stock available of the size or colour you would like, an exchange for an alternative item or a full refund will be offered. If required we will refund the value of the item being exchanged if it is a lower price to the price at which you bought the original product.
Unfortunately exchanges for a different size or colour are not currently possible, we are only able to exchange like for like items. Please return the item and place a new order for a different size or colour.
