A graduate of the Parsons School of Art and Design in New York, Jasper Conran has become one of the most commercially successful British Designers of all time.He has won numerous accolades, including the British Fashion Council's Designer of the Year award in 1986 and the Laurence Olivier Costume Designer of the Year award in 1991. In recent years Jasper has been prestigiously awarded an Honorary Doctor of letters by Heriot-Watt University in 2004 and an Honorary Doctor of Civil Law from the University of East Anglia in 2006. From 2007 he became a trustee for the Wallace collection and in 2008 he was appointed an O.B.E.
Each season, Jasper shows his womenswear collection at London Fashion Week to critical acclaim from the international media. His collections appeal to celebrities including Jasmine Guinness, Beverley Knight and Kristen Scott Thomas.
