Following recent disruption with the Debenhams Bathrooms provider, Mark Two Homes Limited, we are no longer accepting new bathroom orders.
If you are a customer who has a pre-existing order with Mark Two, Debenhams has a dedicated team on hand to help:
1. If you have paid a deposit or paid in full but no work has been started and you do not yet have your product, please call us on the number below to arrange a refund.
2. If you have paid a deposit or paid in full and received your product, please call us to arrange a fitting.
3. If you have an outstanding job which is mid-fit or awaiting sign off, our team will be able to arrange completion of work.
4. If you are a customer with a warranty issue or other query, please contact us to discuss.
