Placing an order
Managing your Debenhams account online is quick, easy and secure.
Accessing your account
From the Debenhams home page click on the 'Manage your account' link in the 'Other services' section at the bottom of the page.
Register your account
If this is the first time you are visiting the account management page you will be asked to register your details and enter the password from your original application form. You will also be asked to choose answers to some security questions in case you ever forget your password.
You'll be asked to sign in using your account number and password. Your account number can be found on the top right hand corner of your statement.
Please note that your password for managing your Debenhams account is different to your log in details for shopping on debenhams.com
Making a payment
Once logged in, select 'payments' from the tabs at the top of the page. You'll then be able to choose whether to pay now or set up a direct debit. If you wish to make an individual payment, click on the 'Click here to make a secure payment' button.
Your payment details
On our secure payment page enter your card details and the amount you wish to pay. Check the information you have entered and click the 'Make payment' button.
At debenhams.com we use 3-D Secure which acts like a Chip & Pin for your online purchases. The screen you are diverted to after entering your payment details will vary depending on your card issuer. On this screen you will be asked to verify your card details and enter your password for the 3-D Secure scheme.
Once your payment has been accepted you'll be taken to a confirmation screen which you can print for your records.
