Total Moisture Facial Cream
Best skin moisturiser for dry skin
Total moisture hydrates skin without leaving any oiliness or greasy feel. It sinks into the pores beautifully. It leaves skin feeling soft and supple I.e is it is not heavy. It is a good base for makeup as it is not runny. It smells good and definitely not overpowering. It is expensive due to packaging but since there is no other cheaper option, I prefer to spend on it. Also this time there was 15% off so I made the most of this chance. I will continue buying this product in future.
Melts onto skin
This moisturiser is fab for those with dry to normal skin and sinks in perfectly without leaving any greasy residue. After 5 minutes, I could apply my makeup which stays on all day (I dont use a primer).
Has a lovely smell which isn't too overpowering.
Only problem...the container isn't travel friendly and is quite heavy! Especially compared to other 50ml creams.
Best high end moisturiser
I absolutely adore this product. I use it as a night cream and it leaves my skin feeling so refreshed and smooth in the morning. It is pricey but you really do get what you pay for and for the high end range of skin care this is definitely the one! I strongly recommend this and I don't think you'll go back to drugstore moisturisers after using it.
I recommend using the It's potent! eye cream also because I believe the two products work way better as a pair. and as you don't need a lot of either they will last you a very long time.
I use this as my night time moisturiser as I feel that for the day it makes my skin a bit oily. Apart from that I love it. I wake up in the morning to soft skin, hydrated skin.
I believe that you get what you pay for, so I don't mind paying a bit more money for this product as I can see the results.
This is my third pot of this cream and I will keep on buying it.
feels lovely on the skin
gorgeous cream absorbs well and feels like silk on the skin
This product gives me great skin.
I have recently converted to The Benefit skincare range. I love this cream. Its a tad expensive, but you get what you pay for. I use it every night, and have been using it for the last month. Combined with the other items, my skin has improved a lot. I got the trial size gift set for christmas, but I have recenctly bought all of the full size products. I can honestly say, I will never use any other brand again.
I've been using this cream for almost a year now. I ran out just before Christmas and looked around to use a different brand, as it is an expensive cream. I just couldn't change it though! This is by far the best moisturiser I've ever used - my skin is oily, but was dehydrated due to other oil free products I was using stripping my skin. Not the case with benefit, my skin is beautifully hydrated and looks so bright and fresh. I believe the cream has helped with reducing premature aging lines around my eyes (I'm 27) and it never feels greasey anymore. This cream worked particularly well during humid summer months - light enough to prevent oily skins but rich enough to moisturise properly.
It's a brilliant investment and one pot will last you months.
Amazing, amazing stuff.
I adore this moisturizer! I know some reviews give it a bit of stick for being so expensive and emollient-ish, but it really is worth the money. After falling in love with a sample pot given to me, I saved my student pennies to buy the big pot. It's so thick and smells really fresh, not perfumey like some moisturizers can be. Although it initially reminds you of a drug store emollient cream thanks to lack of colour and the thick texture, it really isn't - it doesn't have that horrible greasiness afterwards and sinks in almost immediately. My skin is so soft afterwards! I have greasy/combination/spot-prone skin and I don't find this makes my skin any worse, it sorts out any dry spots and my scarring is slightly less noticeable. You only need the tiniest bit, the tester one lasted me a month so I think this one will probably last me until next year. I personally only use this of a night time, so I am not sure how it would sit under makeup but as it sinks in so quickly I would imagine it would be fine. Great stuff, huge tub, definitely getting your money's worth.
