Paint thin lines with the tip of the brush or sweeping colour with the side of the brush for dramatic jewel-encrusted eyes. Once dry they will not budge and the glitter wont fall to your cheeks or transfer to your make out partner s face. Make sure you let each coat dry a bit before applying the next for perfect glitter distribution.
