not what it seemsDon't imagine that this is a ladies watch with a fashionably large face . It actually IS a Mans watch , it says so quite clearly on the box -LORUS GENTS- and the face is very large, even for a mans watch .The strap is correspondingly too big. It is a misleading description.

A mans watch; not ladiesI had to return this immediately ; the face was far too large ;in fact it was actually described as a mans watch on the box. Very difficult to assess the actual size from the photo on the website .

big let downI got this watch at Christmas, I like the big face and the leather strap is very good quality. After 2 months of occasional wear the winder came out in my hand when I was adjusting the date and now it wont go back in. The face glows brightly in the dark but it does not make reading the time any easier as the glow makes the numbers blurred, the date is so tiny I can not make it out clearly and have had to reset it a few times as it does not stay true. It came in a box marked Gents ! Going to return it for a refund and buy something else.

very practical watchI usually wear a small watch and this is a departure from my other 2 watches.
I love the big clear face and the modern look, also I can see the time clearly if I am not wearing my glasses.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Legislation
From 1st July 2007, all retailers of electrical goods must comply with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) legislation.
This is a scheme to prevent all such waste being disposed of in general landfill sites and to promote recycling of components and materials. The legislation aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic equipment on the environment by creating products with recycling in mind and encouraging reuse, recycling, and recovery of WEEE.
How do I know what product is "WEEE"? The definition of a WEEE product is one whose primary function is dependent on electrical currents to carry out the main function, e.g. a toaster. However, some product, such as a child’s soft toy with an electric circuit, is not classed as WEEE as its primary function is a toy. For further details on product definitions, please click here.
You may also take the item(s) to your local authority Civic Amenity Site if this is more convenient.
