Rated 5 out of 5Â by Kris 01 Great kids watch
Son very happy with this watch. Looks great and being waterproof is a real bonus. Only quibble is illuminous dial not very effective. We bought an alternative Lorus watch for my daughter which has a back light that can be pressed to enable her to see the time in the dark - perhaps a good addition to this watch?
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Angel Birthday Present Purchase
I purchased this watch as a gift for my fussy nephews' 12th birthday. The verdict is that he absolutely loves it! He won't take it off & no one can touches new watch.
The watch is a brilliant disign with a funky blue face. The bonus is it is water resistant up to 20m (or there abouts), which is great for an active 12 year old.
Also, it's not expensive for what you get and feel it's the right price for quality & functionality.
I definitely recommend this watch!
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Legislation
From 1st July 2007, all retailers of electrical goods must comply with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) legislation.
This is a scheme to prevent all such waste being disposed of in general landfill sites and to promote recycling of components and materials. The legislation aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic equipment on the environment by creating products with recycling in mind and encouraging reuse, recycling, and recovery of WEEE.
How do I know what product is "WEEE"? The definition of a WEEE product is one whose primary function is dependent on electrical currents to carry out the main function, e.g. a toaster. However, some product, such as a child’s soft toy with an electric circuit, is not classed as WEEE as its primary function is a toy. For further details on product definitions, please click here.
You may also take the item(s) to your local authority Civic Amenity Site if this is more convenient.
