Rated 5 out of 5Â by Sleeper Its a good watch.
I picked up this bargin from the Plymouth branch of Debenhams at the weekend.
I found it in the reduced section on the watch counter. The retail price was fair. But as it was a customer return, ( the strap was slightly tarnished) i picked it up for more than fifty percent off. A complete bargin and saved me the several thousands of pounds on the Omega that i'd seen. The fitting was a bit loose so i had some links taken out in store to make it more comfortable. There is a nomimal fee for this service but it was very kindly wavered, due to the condition of the strap ( and by my cunning ). All in all , a good result. If it's of any interest, two weeks before i picked up some Jeff Banks shirts from the same branch for next to nothing. The two items go very well together and i have recieved nothing but good compliments on my choices. I'd just like to say i don't work for any of the above , i just know what i like and think i have reasonable taste. I now look quite dapper don't you know.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Legislation
From 1st July 2007, all retailers of electrical goods must comply with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) legislation.
This is a scheme to prevent all such waste being disposed of in general landfill sites and to promote recycling of components and materials. The legislation aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic equipment on the environment by creating products with recycling in mind and encouraging reuse, recycling, and recovery of WEEE.
How do I know what product is "WEEE"? The definition of a WEEE product is one whose primary function is dependent on electrical currents to carry out the main function, e.g. a toaster. However, some product, such as a child’s soft toy with an electric circuit, is not classed as WEEE as its primary function is a toy. For further details on product definitions, please click here.
You may also take the item(s) to your local authority Civic Amenity Site if this is more convenient.
