This product was just what I wanted but.....Style and fit of the product was perfect. I ordered this on a click and collect and stupidly didn't check it before leaving the store. When I got home and opened it, it didn't work! Upon return at the store I was told by the colleague on the counter that he didn't work with watches and didn't know if they had a "watch" section in store! I explained that there was but that as it was brand new I didn't want t have to take it elsewhere to be looked at. I was offered an instant refund as expected but told that if I wanted the same watch I would need to go home and order it. The colleague did check the online service but couldn't find the watch. I checked the system myself and the item was out of stock!!!! Surely the watch should have been checked before being sent out ....disappointed!
Includes a 1 year guarantee. A voucher is included with every watch purchased over £70 that entitles you to ONE FREE strap adjustment or watch battery from In Time at selected Debenhams stores. Print voucher
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Legislation
From 1st July 2007, all retailers of electrical goods must comply with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) legislation.
This is a scheme to prevent all such waste being disposed of in general landfill sites and to promote recycling of components and materials. The legislation aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic equipment on the environment by creating products with recycling in mind and encouraging reuse, recycling, and recovery of WEEE.
How do I know what product is "WEEE"? The definition of a WEEE product is one whose primary function is dependent on electrical currents to carry out the main function, e.g. a toaster. However, some product, such as a child’s soft toy with an electric circuit, is not classed as WEEE as its primary function is a toy. For further details on product definitions, please click here.
You may also take the item(s) to your local authority Civic Amenity Site if this is more convenient.
