Terrible fit, uncomfortable, didnt fit round bump well at all, really tight on the legs. So hard to get on. I ordered a medium (usually a size 10 and still can wear a 10 in trousers) far too small! Expensive and not worth the money. Ended up going with normal tights and just wearing them under the bump!

This is so far the best maternity tights I found on the market. I don't have slim legs and I was in size 10 before. Previously, I bought tights from mother care which are tight on legs especially around thigh and hip. An then, I bought some expensive ones from Seraphine which have similar issues as they don't provide much space around hip so they came off so often. However, the Debenhams ones are perfect. I get compliments about how good my legs look as they fit leg well makes people can't tell whether you wear tights or not. They stay on and don't fall off. The elasticity is great which makes you feel very comfortable and it fits seamlessly with the shape of your body. I am looking for 100 D but I can't find it on Debenhams website or store. It would be good to have one as we don't tend to have hot summer in UK. Having a comfort pair of tights during maternity is essential as your body changes and have something fit to wear is not always easy. And it looks great too. If you are like me working and commute everyday,

The shade of these was the most disappointing thing, they were more "strong-cup-of-tea" than what I've come to expect when I purchase "natural" tights. The weave on them was poor too - all in all they just seemed cheap quality.

Compared to the other maternity tights I have tried, these are great. Once I figured out that you have to wear them with the two bands in the front, then they stay up and unlike other brands, do not ladder on the first wear. I just wish I could get them directly in store rather than have to order them.

I have bought Debenhams tights (admittedly Jasper Conran) for many years now and recommend them to all my friends as being excellent quality and lasting through wash after wash. I will definitely go back to them after my maternity.
As a result, I didn't hesitate to buy maternity tights from Debenhams. Unfortunately, the first two pairs didn't make it to a second wearing as, post-wash, both ripped when putting them on. Assuming a bad batch and giving Debenhams the benefit of the doubt, I purchased 4 more packs (baby brain - wanted 4 pairs and forgot they were twinpacks!). The story was just as woeful. On two occasions, I ripped brand new pairs, fresh out of the pack, so was grateful of my purchasing error as at least it gave me reserves to use! One extremely frustrating morning, it took four attempts to get a wearable pair identified and put on without mishap while the bin filled up with discarded, laddered and holey hosiery.
The faults are varied, with no single weak point in the tights. Some will ladder on the legs whilst others will just give you a hole in the body section, which runs freely every time you pull them up.
Those rare pairs that have made it through the first wash are now venerated whilst I look for alternatives from another manufacturer that won't be such a crushing let-down.
Do not waste your money. Buy some good maternity tights somewhere else.

These are lovely tights, feel nice, fit well and look good. But, on only my second wear they have got a hole which is nicely progressing into a huge run right down my leg. I don't even know how it happened, so it's not like I caught it on something. Considering another pair of maternity tights I had lasted me a whole pregnancy, I feel like I paid a lot for these and now I'll need to replace them. Don't think I'll buy the same again.
