Tan suede 'Original' Desert boots is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 81.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Issues with their insoles As much as I wanted to love these boots as a first time buyer, I just couldn’t due to the insole. The leather part inside only goes halfway through the shoe. It has started to peel back causing a hard spot in the shoe. They broke in nicely, but once this peels back there is no fixing. Very unhappy with the thin laces. Was going to buy Wallabees but now not sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Boots Ever These boots are the best boots hands down. Comfort. All around wearability with any outfit from casual to classy. Look good. Feel good. These boots get the job done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite boots I'm on my second pair of these. I wore the last pair as my only pair of shoes outside of the gym, and I just about wore through the soles. I wore them everywhere! For me, they are so comfortable and light compared to other shoes and boots. While you will wear these out eventually, it took me about a year and a half to consider replacing them. They weren't dead yet, but they were getting there. The other option is to spend 300+ dollars and get a welt construction boot to be able to replace the soles. That's a big chunk of change. I will always have a pair of these in my closet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice looking but not for me I wanted to love these boots but I had to return them. They are a GREAT looking, appear to be durable and well constructed but are flat without any arch support. I only needed to try them on to know I wasn’t going to be able to walk on them. I know some people buy larger sizes and add insoles to compensate for the lack of support but I didn’t think the hassle was worth it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from uncomfotable I bought these boot about 2 years ago and I have only worn them 3 or 4 times. Compared to their suede equivalent, which I also own and love, my leather boots are stiff and have a hard rubber sole. If I buy Clarks again they are going to be crepe soles and suede uppers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classic for a reason I've been wearing Clarks Desert Boots for the past 25yrs. New pair of Beewax. No surpirses, fit perfectly (true to size) with a one day break in period. Look great with everything. I wear them with jeans, khakis and suits (no tie). Quality, style and comfort for a reasonable price, you can't beat them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hard to fit I wear a 10.5 and had to downsize to a 9.5 which is a bit tight around the ball of my foot. This shoe is comfortable for a few hours and then becomes painful. I've worn Clark's for almost 55yrs and this is the first time I've had a problem with fit! Bottom line I would not recommend these shoes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the extra expense Clarks are pricey, but I've tried other brands of desert boots and none are as comfortable, as well made, use comparable materials, or look as good. So, might save money on another brand, but you get what you pay for.
