A true cult lipstick, 'Le French Touch' reinvents itself with each new season. For spring 2012, it takes on the design of an emblematic part of the Lancôme heritage, the 1954 lipstick Grand Canal. Blending lustrous and brushed metal, its case is given an appetising Burlington inspired look. Its satiny formula is infused with shades of the most vibrant roses: a zesty tangerine orange, a vibrantly radiant fuchsia and an irresistible baby pink and rose candy.

This lipstick is sheer yet it gives bright, soft lips! Wore it to work and most of my colleagues gave positive comments, saying how radiant and well I looked, and a lot of my customers asked me which lipstick I was wearing. I did find that I had to slap it on a bit, and it lasted about 4 hours before it needed a retouch. I get very dry lips but this kept my lips hydrated and I didnt get any line build up. As for the previous comment about it not having any depth, it is supposed to be a sheer lipstick and the description states 'bare lip sensation'. You can apply another layer to build up more colour.

Really disappointed with it. Lovely colour but no depth to the lipstick and it came off almost immediately.
I love a moist lipstick which this appears to be, but a little 'staying' power is needed all the same!
