Too light and powdery
This was a bit of an impulse buy but I have been disappointed. It's expensive for a blusher and I don't feel the packaging represents that, after a week or so the wee box became quite tattered and bashed looking although it was no further than my makeup bag. I sampled the product in the shop before I bought it and I don't know if it was the lights in the shop but at home the colour was very pale and I really struggled to get a good colour on my cheeks. My last issue is that the product is very powdery I felt I had to load up my blush brush and lost half of it off the brush before it even hit my cheeks and even with a primer I felt I had to keep reapplying. I've bought a couple of Benefit products now and haven't been truly happy with them will be sticking to MAC and urban decay from now on.
Pretty blusher but pale.
The packaging for Dandelion is very pretty, however I find it too pale on my skin it barely shows up at all. I use it mainly over the Benefit Dallas blusher to give a bit of a highlight. Maybe it works better on very light skin tones.
This blusher is perfect for my pale skin, I had been wearing sugar bomb for nearly two years, but went off the brown tones for my fair skin. I read the excellent reviews for dandelion and gave this shade a try. It's perfect, very natural and will look great for summer and winter. It smells lovely and goes on beautifully leaving a smooth pinky glow. Fantastic product and highly recomended. These blusher s last a very long time too.
Box has shrunk!
I love dandelion and have been buying it for years but was very disappointed on finding with the latest one I bought that the box has shrunk by almost a third but the price is still the same! Makes an already expensive product a little too expensive. Not sure if it's worth the money any more. The product in itself is excellent though.
Love this product !!! Benefit products never disappoint :))))
I have used Dandelion for 5 years now and I love it! it looks so natural. It was recommended by my sister. It gives you a glow and perks up your skin tone in a flash. It instantly brightens your face. I bought this five years ago and have only just run out! I've used it almost every day, so although it's pricey, it's definitely value for money!
Benefit Dandelion is amazing!
My Mum has used this since it came out as far as I know. It was my birthday last month (I turned 13) and my nan didn't get me anything because she was going to take me into town to buy me stuff. I wanted an eyeshadow and blusher but I wasn't sure what one to get so the lady (we were in boots she was called Jasmine) showed me some. I got this and the new creaseless cream eyeshadow. They are both amazing! This colour is perfect for school because it is not too obvious. We are not allowed to wear make-up but everyone does. I simply put on mascara and blusher and this is the perfect colour. This colour goes perfectly with everything. It comes with a brush as well and because of the type of brush it goes onto my cheeks perfectly. The only bad thing about it is that there's not much blusher in there for the size of the brush. It has quite a bit of blush in, but for the size of the box it isn't much at all. It does have to fir the brush in too obviously but still. I definitely recommend this to everyone! Especially if you don't want anything to dark or are not allowed to wear it to school. (if you're still in school)
I discovered this blush a year ago and it's the only one I like to use. I'm thinking of trying the Hoola shade for Summer.
It's just so pretty instantly and if you're like me you can't really mess-up and overdo it with the blush.
I often put blush on to have to go over with powder mineral make-up. This is lovely. The packaging is so handy with a little mirror and brush contained inside.
I keep the clear plastic inner part to keep the brush separate from the blush itself. It is a very natural pink colour and so pretty.
