Design fabulous, quality - very poor considering the cost.
The design on the bedding looks amazing......... That is where it ends, the quality is very poor, so poor that the old fashioned press stud fastionings started to fall off as it was being taken out of the packet. Have not been bothered to send back yet but I don't think that it will fair well after washing. Would not recommend this product or anything else from the Kirstie Allsopp range.? Would recommend others first.
Bed linen is great but buying from debenhams is not a good experience. I had to place individual orders for each item which is time consuming and a pain. Also you can't buy with a gift voucher and a card etc. one method only accepted. If this was sorted out I would say go ahead. If not, then just give it a miss.
Bought two different duvet covers in the last sale and after several months I use I must agree with the other reviews - the quality is poor. One of my covers also split at the opening and the other was hard to iron because it was not square (I know they sometimes lose their shape but this was right from new). I also wish they would describe whether the openings are buttons or poppers (mine were one of each and I HATE buttons). These designs are all lovely but the quality is really poor.
I bought the navy bed set and within one wash the seams were split all down the sides of the duvet cover, not expected from an expensive set that is associated with Kirsty Allsopp, the design is amazing, workmanship leaves a lot to be desired, somewhat associated with a seconds shop....
I love this bedding but after a week the pillow cases split open around the seams there was no give at all, sown right to the very very edge
I THOUGHT THE COLOURS WERE LOVELY
BUT THE QUALITY WAS VERY POOR. THE SEAMS ON BOTH THE DUVET AND PILLOW CASES WERE NOT STRAIGHT AND THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE PILLOWCASE
This product looks very good and the colours are vibrant. I bought them for my grandaughters' first 'big beds' and so wanted them to look both colourful and girly. They do meet the requirements but.... the workmanship is shoddy, I unpicked two pillowcases to make matching cushions, and mangaed to unpick both in 10 mins. it should not have been that easy! Have just ironed the duvets and the seams are puckered so I don't give out much hope for them lasting through too many washes without the need of re-sewing which are looking very vulnerable. Not worth the money you are paying for the label.
