Red 'Sophia' bed linen
Looked amazing on the website and looks amazing on my bed.
When I got the delivered item, I didn't immediately like it but once I'd put it on the bed, it looked great. Goes extremely well with the colour scheme in the room and is of a very good quality.
Not the colour for us
This is very red, not quite what I was looking for, was hoping it might be more deep red/burgundy. However, it looks very luxurious. I didn't unpack it to feel the quality or check the size, just returned it unfortunately.
Lovely shine to the fabric. Love the autumn colours.
Love the autumn shade. Nice slightly shiny look. Pattern looks eye-catching.
These are definitely the most beautiful bed sheets I have ever bought in my life... Well see if the quality is up to the price...
This duvet and pillowcases sold separately are of good quality and have washed well. This is a case of 'you get what you pay for'.
MAINTAINS APPEARANCE FOR VERY SHORT PERIOD- A WASTE OR MONEY
As other reviewers have commented, this duvet looks stunning out of the packaging.
Unfortunately the surface material will snag on absolutely anything in a very short period of time...fingernails, jewellery, watches, rough skin.
We purchased this duvet cover less than 4 months ago and we're putting it in the dustbin tomorrow ...where it belongs
Best ever duvet covers I've bought
I chose this because I loved the colours on the website pic. In real life, it's still better - very chic and boutique.
The topside is a silky material - as a couple of other reviewers have said, you probably do have to take more care that you don't snag it then with all polycotton or cotton covers. That said, I've had a cat sleeping on mine every night for the last week and no damage so far!
The underside is a densely woven polycotton. I never knew polycotton could be so utterly comfortable and luxurious to sleep under - this is even better than the cotton designer duvet cover I got last year and which, until now, has been my favourite.
Be careful when you wash it, the colour does run a bit but then that's to be expected with darker colours. It dries quickly.
Very happy with my purchase so far, and debating whether to buy another before they all go!
