Cream bonded leather 'Bjorn' recliner chair and stool set
This chair, when assembled, is very stylish and comfortable. It took around 45 minutes to put together but we are very happy with our purchase.
Arms peel after 3 years
I never write reviews but I felt that I needed to warn fellow shoppers. I bought one of these chairs in cream and was very pleased with it for three years. It is a very comfortable chair which does take a bit of effort to assemble. The big problem is the bonded leather peels after around three years! The arms on my chair are now in an awful state and I have had to order a new chair from elsewhere as this one can't be repaired.
Took longer than 1 hr to assemble but worth the effort. Not much recline in the backrest. Look stylish.
Cracked & peeled so called leather!!!
We bought 2 of these about 3years ago, we've been really pleased with them so comfortable. However the so called leather!!!! Has cracked & peeled off headrest, arms now starting on the seat. Would of expected them to of lasted longer. Beginning to wish we had bought fabric chairs.... So if you want them to stay looking good for more than 18 months don't buy them....
Leather is lousy, peels after 2/3 years, on headrest and arms.
Debenhams only guarantee their furniture for 1 year.
Would never buy this items again.
lovely and comfy
my husband bought this chair for me for my birthday(I asked for one!) as I have arthritis in my spine it is hard to find a seat that suits me and is comfy. this chair suits me to a tee and looks great too. we would like another just need the money.
This chair is satisfactory for my needs
I am delighted with the quality, colour and style of this chair. It was easily assembled and delivery was excellent. The only comment I would make is that the headrest pushes my head forward and would be improved if smaller and less bulky.
Leather recliner chair & Stool
Having purchased a similar chair and stool less than 3 years ago I have had
to complain to Debenhams that the leather is peeling on the headrest and arms.
The exact model was a Bergan- which is very similar to this one.
We have had a cover on it to keep clean and to help not mark it in any way.
I could not recommend this , as it can damage very easily.
It is your choice if you buy it.
