This 'AC8000 Keratin Therapy Pro' hair dryer from Remington has two speed settings and three temperature settings, as well as a 'True cold shot' feature. The ionic conditioning and advanced keratin ceramic grille help to control frizzing and prevent hair damage.

This is quite a good powerful hair dryer, the only let down really is that the defuser could do with being a little larger. However the power and ability to dry is right up there and the overall quality is quite good. I would therefore recommend this hair dryer, just be aware if you have really this/dense hair you may wish to keep looking for a little longer.

Bought it as present for my wife, with no knowledge about hair dryers I think I made a right choice as mrs seems to like it, strong AC motor with the cold air option makes a good buy.

Size brilliant, weight a little on the heavy side but not unacceptable. Really powerful only downers are the on off switch is just about where you hold the handle so when you are using you catch and swith off (well I do) and the lead is very short.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Legislation
From 1st July 2007, all retailers of electrical goods must comply with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) legislation.
This is a scheme to prevent all such waste being disposed of in general landfill sites and to promote recycling of components and materials. The legislation aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic equipment on the environment by creating products with recycling in mind and encouraging reuse, recycling, and recovery of WEEE.
How do I know what product is "WEEE"? The definition of a WEEE product is one whose primary function is dependent on electrical currents to carry out the main function, e.g. a toaster. However, some product, such as a child’s soft toy with an electric circuit, is not classed as WEEE as its primary function is a toy. For further details on product definitions, please click here.
You may also take the item(s) to your local authority Civic Amenity Site if this is more convenient.
