Very good product.First slow cooker I have owned. Now been used three times for different dishes and I am very pleased with it. Easy to use, plenty big enough for three of us and easy to clean. Wished I have bought one sooner.

Fabulous food from a fabulous slow cookerI have been wanting a slow cooker for a while now and after doing some research I found out this had the best reviews. I am so glad I chose this I have had it for just over a week and have already cooked a whole chicken, a joint of pork to make 'pulled pork', a stew and a chilli.
All turned out fabulously
I would highly recommend this and I got it for a great price at Debenhams

Good Slow CookerSo far cooked a Chilli and Beef Stew.
Used both High and Low Heat settings.
The automatic keep warm function which kicks in after your desired cooking time is great for when you're not sure what time you will be back.

poor finishI would recommend this product but only if the enamel finish is perfect and it certainly was not-there was a significant scratch and a sizeable area of imperfection in the enamelling itself. It had clearly not been checked by Debenhams before they sent it to me as the tape on the box had not been disturbed and it was identical to the tape on the box that contained the Crockpot that i have subsequently bought at my local electrical shop.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Legislation
From 1st July 2007, all retailers of electrical goods must comply with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) legislation.
This is a scheme to prevent all such waste being disposed of in general landfill sites and to promote recycling of components and materials. The legislation aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic equipment on the environment by creating products with recycling in mind and encouraging reuse, recycling, and recovery of WEEE.
How do I know what product is "WEEE"? The definition of a WEEE product is one whose primary function is dependent on electrical currents to carry out the main function, e.g. a toaster. However, some product, such as a child’s soft toy with an electric circuit, is not classed as WEEE as its primary function is a toy. For further details on product definitions, please click here.
You may also take the item(s) to your local authority Civic Amenity Site if this is more convenient.
