Was looking for a long time! In different countries it is sold under different names (I have found this one in UK through its blades name). Superb quality! Perfect smoothies. The only time it did not work well - when I tried to make smoothie from broccoli, salad, spinach... it took long time, and to take in and out, but in the end it was super disgusting - tastes like a grass! Would not recommend such ingredients, but definitely recommend the maker, i.e. Sage.

I love this! My blender broke and in haste I bought a nutri bullet elsewhere which I hated, it then leaked and was returned. I didn't know what to do, but narrowed it down to this one based on the specifications. I think it's great: very light jug, easy to clean (the jug and lid are dishwasher safe), makes great green and nut smoothies without leaving lumps. It has so many functions I don't use (I only make smoothies so I use the liquify and pulse settings) such as chopping and mixing, I think it would be a great across the board addition to any kitchen. But it can be noisy on certain functions (I wear earplugs as it gets on my nerves) and also I find it takes a bit longer than other blenders to blend the same amount of food. I find this odd as it has 1200 watts, which is a lot, and this results in it taking a bit longer, but makes it seem less aggressive when it's blending (it seems to blend quite softly - despite the noise - some blenders look like they will explode, which scares me so I like the way this one blends).

This is the 4th blender we have tried & the best by a country mile. The 1.5L plastic "Triton" jug is made from aircraft grade material weighing only 827g without the lid. The 1.5L is a perfect size for us & the 1200w motor has all the grunt needed for carrots etc, with various preset time cycles.
The cutting blades are fixed but that said cleaning is quick & easy. The various blenders with exceptionally heavy glass jugs were out of the question for us. Very well reviewed is the States under another name.
It' not cheap that's true, but it's the best 1.5L blender out there.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Legislation
From 1st July 2007, all retailers of electrical goods must comply with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) legislation.
This is a scheme to prevent all such waste being disposed of in general landfill sites and to promote recycling of components and materials. The legislation aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic equipment on the environment by creating products with recycling in mind and encouraging reuse, recycling, and recovery of WEEE.
How do I know what product is "WEEE"? The definition of a WEEE product is one whose primary function is dependent on electrical currents to carry out the main function, e.g. a toaster. However, some product, such as a child’s soft toy with an electric circuit, is not classed as WEEE as its primary function is a toy. For further details on product definitions, please click here.
