Poor service quality
I was really happy with the product. However, the first one i ordered had a deep scratch on the glass. It appeared it had already been returned as faulty once before as it had sellotape on the border frame.
I ordered a second and when this one arrived it had no additional bubble wrapping, just the box it comes in. It was obvious from the sound of fragments of glass sloshing about that the frame was also damaged and I didn't accept delivery from the courier.
I ended up choosing my own frame instore. What was meant to save me time ordering online actually took me more time in hassle to sort out the faults. A very poor Internet service from Debenhams. If you are going to offer it, do it properly!!
