Excellent product. I have been looking for a frame suitable to mount 10 x 8 inch black & white photos taken professionally in a studio. These fitted the bill perfectly. Not the lowest cost solution but quality and style came with the premium price., as did very good packaging. The only criticism I have is that it should have been much easier to remove the stand at the back to facilitate closer wall hanging.
Debenham's order online and collect at the local store service is superb.

beautiful frame in 8 x 10 , the boarder sets the picture off . very simple design ,so it doesn't distract the eye from the actual picture. looks far more expensive than it was ,plenty of cushioning at the rear of the frame , so the picture doesn't slip around. wall mountable and freestanding options , quality velvet backing to the rear of the frame too , now my family picture is perfect !!!

I was really happy with the product. However, the first one i ordered had a deep scratch on the glass. It appeared it had already been returned as faulty once before as it had sellotape on the border frame.
I ordered a second and when this one arrived it had no additional bubble wrapping, just the box it comes in. It was obvious from the sound of fragments of glass sloshing about that the frame was also damaged and I didn't accept delivery from the courier.
I ended up choosing my own frame instore. What was meant to save me time ordering online actually took me more time in hassle to sort out the faults. A very poor Internet service from Debenhams. If you are going to offer it, do it properly!!
