- This experience is available on selected dates throughout the year Monday to Sunday, with limited Saturday availability
- Treatments last approximately 30 minutes and will normally be carried out in conjunction with each other. You can use the health & fitness club facilities on the day
- Min age is 18. A health check will be required which may result in the centre requesting a medical certificate
- Your treatment will be on a one-to-one basis with the therapist, but there will be other people using the facilities on the day
