Only newly purchased items that are faulty can be returned to a trading store. Once the stores are closed, returns will not be available.
We will not be able to accept these payment methods for cards/points accrued before the launch of our new website on 12th April 2021.
The “Debenhams” brand has been sold by Debenhams Retail Limited (in administration) (“DRL”) and is now owned by an entity that forms part of the boohoo group. DRL continues to trade through physical “Debenhams” stores as part of its wind down strategy.
