Large area and automatic temperature control, 1000W , Non-stick coating, Removable drip tray to collect excess oil and fats, power / ready indicator lights. After every use, switch off, unplug and allow the unit and drip tray to cool before cleaning. Wipe the grill housing with a soft, damp cloth. Clean the accessories in warm, soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly. Remove baked on food from the cooking plates with warm water mixed with mild detergent and wipe clean with paper towel or non-abrasive scourer.
