After every use, switch off, unplug and allow to cool before cleaning or maintenance. Clean raclette pans, grill plate and fondue pot in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Remove baked on food with warm water mixed with mild detergent and wipe clean with paper towel or non-abrasive scourer. Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
