The Adidas Pilates Bands Set allows you to apply dynamic resistance to your workout. Made from durable latex material, the resistance bands come in two levels of resistance to suit your intensity, exercise selection, ability or training preference. They are ideal for Pilates, strength training, stretching, warm-ups and rehab purposes. The resistance bands are great for developing flexibility along with muscular tone and strength by isolating and applying resistance to your targeted muscle. They roll up tightly for transport and are easy to store post-workout.
