To clean a handbag at home, first, empty and dust it out using a vacuum or lint roller. For most bags, use a damp cloth and a mild soap solution, wringing out excess water before gently wiping the surface. For leather bags, apply a leather conditioner after drying, and for fabric bags, spot clean stains and allow them to air dry completely.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
