The mattress is vacuum packed and rolled, making it easy to transport. If you order both bed & mattress from Aspire, these may not arrive at the same time and may be delivered by different couriers. Do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until the complete order has arrived and you are happy with it. Due to current restrictions on our couriers, most deliveries will be to the doorstep only and the courier will not be able to enter your property.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
