1.We can accept returns for replacement or refund if the item is faulty or broken in delivery. Please LEAVE DEBENHAM MESSAGE and send a proof photo of a faulty or broken item. 2. Items must be in the same condition as they were sold and must come with the same packaging and any accessories that accompanied the item (if applicable) 3. Please contact us before returning items and we will provide the shipping address. DO NOT send without communication. 4. If you order the wrong item/size or you don't want our item and want to return it, you should bear the postage to send it back and the postage we sent to you before. We will provide you with return details on how and where to send your item. Wrap the item securely and post it back to us. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. 5.If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and if this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
