The BEflex from BECO is an aqua fitness tool made of Silicone that is held in the water whilst you do aqua aerobics to increase water resistance and develop balance coordination and flexibility. Ideal for Aqua Fitness and Rehabilitation: these Beflex fitness tools are held under the water and create resistance so that you have to work harder to push and pull them against the water which will work on your upper body muscles strengthening them.

Salt and chlorine can have a detrimental effect on most materials so it's recommended that you give your product a rinse off in fresh water immediately after each use and put it out to air dry. No soap needed.
