Wash thoroughly with warm, soapy water before first use and after each use. Avoid abrasive scrubbers to prevent surface scratches. Ensure the steam release valve is clean and unobstructed for safe microwave use. The container is microwave safe, but avoid using on stovetops or in ovens. Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed to maintain hygiene and durability.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn, unwashed with the original labels attached. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors.
