Always place the mattress on a level, sturdy, and supportive bed base to avoid sagging or damage to the internal layers. The removable cover can be spot cleaned with mild detergent and warm water; avoid soaking, machine washing, or using harsh chemicals. After unpacking, allow 24–48 hours for the mattress to fully expand to its intended thickness.
