All BedzOnline mattresses are delivered vacuum-sealed and rolled for easy handling. Upon unpacking, carefully remove all packaging and allow the mattress up to 72 hours to fully expand to its intended shape and comfort. To maintain even wear and extend lifespan, rotate the mattress head-to-foot every 2–3 months. For cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent; avoid soaking, bleach, or machine washing. Compatible with slatted, divan, platform, and adjustable bed bases. For optimal hygiene and longevity, use a breathable mattress protector. Ensure the bed frame is sturdy and evenly supported to preserve mattress shape, comfort, and performance over time.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
