BioCare Mega EPA delivers high-strength omega‑3 in a pure fish oil capsule. Taken as 1 capsule twice daily, the daily intake provides 524mg EPA and 375mg DHA in natural triglyceride form for better absorption. Oil is sourced from small, cold-water fish (sardines, anchovies and mackerel) to minimise pollutant exposure.
