After each use, allow the unit to cool down before cleaning. Wash the steam rack, stainless steel bowl, measuring cup, and glass lid with mild detergent and warm water. Wipe the main body with a soft, damp cloth — do not immerse it in water. For yogurt or bird’s nest preparation, pre-disinfect the bowl with hot water. Always use clean, filtered water for steaming. Do not operate the unit when dry or without water. Store in a cool, dry place with the lid off to prevent odor build-up.
