The hinges are adjustable however as you get to the upper limit of each gate the side gaps will obviously be larger. Gate frame side shoulder height is 816mm and 1041mm to top of ball finials in the centre. We already account for the hinge and latch gaps within the width measurement listed. Finish is powder coated black, the finish must be inspected periodically and any chips touched up. Like any outdoor metal product, it may need to be painted every couple of years to ensure long life.
