This easy to use Paella Magnet is made from durable stainless steel with a magnet that will adhere to the side of traditional paella pans (not those made of stainless steel). A small dome at one end is used to indicate the best moment to add rice to your paella. You simply place the magnet on the side of your paella pan with the dome at the bottom having added water proportional to the amount of rice you are going to use. Slide the magnet down so the circle is just above the water line. The add more water to cover 90% of the dome. Turn the heat up to boil the paella and when the water has evaporated revealing the whole of the dome on the paella magnet, add your rice. Then simmer until the rice is cooked. This simple tool is ideal for paella novices and masters alike.
