The Chabrias 25cm 1.8L Non-Stick Ceramic Roasting Dish is a compact and versatile oven dish, perfect for lasagne, casseroles, pasta bakes, shepherd’s pie, roasted vegetables and everyday meals. Made from durable ceramic with a double-layer non-stick coating, this deep rectangular baking dish provides excellent heat retention, even cooking and easy food release. Measuring 25 x 15 x 6cm, its deep sides help prevent spills, making it ideal for smaller portions and meals for 1–2 people. Oven safe up to 250°C, this scratch-resistant roasting tray features a PFOA and BPA-free coating for convenient low-oil cooking and easy cleaning. Perfect as a small lasagne dish, ceramic casserole dish, deep roasting tin or everyday oven baking tray.

Before first use, wash the ceramic roasting dish with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Always use oven gloves when handling, as the dish becomes extremely hot during cooking. Oven safe up to 250°C. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as placing a hot dish on a cold or wet surface or adding cold water while hot, as this may cause cracking or damage. Do not use directly on hobs or under a grill unless approved by the manufacturer. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to protect the non-stick coating and avoid sharp metal utensils, abrasive sponges and harsh cleaning chemicals. Allow the dish to cool completely before washing. Hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent is recommended to maintain the non-stick finish. Avoid dropping, knocking or stacking without protection, and discontinue use if the dish becomes cracked, chipped or damaged.
