Before first use, wash the roasting trays in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Oven safe up to 230°C/445°F/Gas Mark 8. Do not exceed the recommended temperature or use under a direct grill, on a hob or over an open flame. Always use oven gloves when handling hot baking trays and place them on a heat-resistant surface. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as placing a hot tray directly into cold water, as this may cause warping. To protect the superior double-coated non-stick surface, use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant nylon utensils. Avoid metal utensils, sharp objects and abrasive cleaning pads, which may scratch or damage the coating. For best results, hand wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge after allowing the trays to cool completely. Avoid harsh detergents and abrasive cleaning products. Dry thoroughly before storing and avoid stacking without protective padding to prevent scratches. Do not use if the non-stick coating becomes damaged or begins to peel.
