Wash the grill pan, wire rack and detachable handle before first use with warm, soapy water. Hand washing is recommended to maintain the vitreous enamel coating and prolong the product's lifespan, although the pan is dishwasher safe. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and sharp metal utensils that may scratch or damage the enamel surface. Always use oven gloves when handling hot cookware and ensure the detachable handle is securely attached before lifting or moving the pan. Remove the handle before placing the grill pan in the oven unless confirmed oven safe. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as placing a hot pan in cold water, to prevent enamel damage. Do not use if the enamel coating becomes chipped or cracked. Allow the pan and rack to cool completely before cleaning or storing. Suitable for everyday oven cooking, grilling and roasting.
