The 2m canopy is made from tough 180gsm polyester for lasting outdoor use and has a UPF30+ rating to help protect you from harmful UV rays. Available in a choice of contemporary colours, it is easy to match with your garden furniture and outdoor décor. A smooth crank mechanism makes the canopy simple to raise and lower. Simply wind the handle one way to open the parasol, then turn it the other way to close it when not in use. The tilting mechanism allows you to angle the canopy for targeted shade, helping block glare from low-lying sun during mornings, evenings and changing light conditions. An air vent at the top helps reduce wind pressure while allowing heat to circulate, keeping the space beneath cooler and more comfortable. Made with a hardwearing aluminium pole, the parasol is lighter than steel alternatives and easy to move around your garden. The two-part pole screws together for quick assembly and simple storage. A parasol base is required and sold separately. For use with a table, an 11kg base is recommended; for freestanding use, a 25kg base is recommended.
