Allow the fire pit and grill to cool completely before cleaning, moving or storing. Remove cooled ash and charcoal residue regularly and dispose of it safely in accordance with local guidance. Clean the cooking grill after each use with a suitable barbecue/grill brush and warm soapy water where appropriate. Dry all metal surfaces thoroughly after cleaning to help minimise rust and corrosion. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish. Store in a dry, sheltered location when not in use. A suitable weatherproof cover can provide additional protection.
