These presses, which come with free straining bags, are perfect for pressing apples for cider (as well as other fruits for juice) and are available at great prices. Constructed with a steel base plate and a hardwood pressing basket, the base plate has a lip for easy juice collection and a wide stance for enhanced stability. The 'twist and extend' mechanism allows for increased pressure on the fruit by adding wooden blocks as the handle is twisted, ensuring maximum juice yield. Some assembly is required at home.

Wash and clean all food-contact surfaces thoroughly before first use. Remove fruit pulp and residue immediately after use to prevent staining and odours. Clean wooden components with a damp cloth and allow them to dry completely. Do not soak the wooden basket or leave it submerged in water, as this may cause the wood to swell or deteriorate. Clean metal components with warm water and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners and scouring pads that may damage the surfaces.
