Our Scented Aromatherapy Candle is packed with 100% pure essential oils that have been proven to reduce stress hormones (serum cortisol), reduce blood pressure and lower heart rate. As the essential oils release their scents into the room, they quickly activate your limbic system giving multiple benefits that can ensure a deeper and more restful sleep. Specifically, the pure essential oils we use are Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Sweet Orange and Lavandin. All our candles are hand poured in the UK into our premium glass jars and sealed with a wooden lid, making them the perfect gifts for women or men.

This candle should not be used during sleep and it should not be left unattended. It should only be used for up to 4 hours. Regularly trim the wick to 5mm, this will make the candle last longer and keep a safer flame size. When you first light the candle, you should burn it until the melted wax pool reached the edges of the jar, otherwise the candle will ‘tunnel’. Never use the candle for longer than 4 hours before snuffing it out. See base of candle for further warnings.
