All Elie Beaumont bags are made from a premium leather and superior dyes, however a particular charm of leather is that it will naturally change colour over time. In order to keep the bag in its best condition, we recommend that you follow the simple 2 step plan: 1) Whilst it is advised to avoid excessive exposure to water, in the event of this occurring simply dry it with a clean cloth and let it dry naturally. 2) Try to avoid direct contact between your bag and cosmetics such as perfume and cream.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, adult toys, and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
